Open casting for Harry Potter spin-off this Saturday

VISITORS to the world’s largest Harry Potter theme park are coming under the spell of two renowned Scottish products – Tennant’s Lager and Tunnocks Caramel Wafers.

Redmayne, who won an Oscar earlier this year for his performance as physicist Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything, will star in the lead role as “magizoologist” Newt Scamander.

Warner Bros will be hosting open auditions at the Excel Centre in London for girls aged between eight and 12 to play the character Modesty.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” is set to hit theaters on November 18, 2016.

Rowling, who will make her screenwriting debut with the film, says it is “neither a prequel nor a sequel to the Harry Potter series, but an extension of the wizarding world”.
