“So, I want to dedicate this campaign to every bar owner”, Graham concluded.

“While I am not prepared to make an endorsement, I will continue to speak out in support of candidates who share my commitment to defeating ISIL & solving our nation’s most hard problems”.
Graham made the announcement Monday morning in a video posted on his campaign Web site.
Lindsey Graham was suspending his presidential campaign quickly reverberated through the race on Monday, with moderate candidates especially quickly moving to send Graham their well wishes.
In another key primary state, South Carolina, he faces a Monday December 21 deadline to keep his name off the ballot, potentially helping Graham avoid an embarrassing showing in his home state. “I have offered a detailed plan to win a war we can not afford to lose and to turn back the tide of isolationism that has been rising in the Republican party”, he said.
He added: “I believe we have made enormous progress in this effort”.
Graham’s most forceful rebuke of the GOP front-runner came in last week’s undercard Republican presidential debate, when he lashed out at Trump for his calls to ban Muslims from entering the United States as well as the potential closure of some mosques.
Former U.S. Ambassador to Canada David Wilkins, a veteran fundraiser who was Graham’s state finance chairman, has signed on to help Bush, a campaign official said.
“Whether we like it or not, this race is the Donald Trump show”, Dennehy said.
He had repeatedly said that, to be viable, his campaign had to prove it could win outside of SC and New Hampshire was where that had to happen.
Lindsey Graham is dropping out of the 2016 race for the White House.
In a crowded race that at one point had 17 candidates, Graham was swamped by political outsiders including Trump and retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson, as well as fellow Republican senators Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul, three higher-profile lawmakers.
“Conservatives simply don’t like Lindsey Graham”, he said.
“Enjoyed Sen. @LindseyGrahamSC’s wit & respect his seriousness on nat’l security – experience matters”.

Graham’s exit frees up a significant chunk of the South Carolina Republican establishment to get on board with other candidates.
