Chilly Tuesday with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies
Good Wednesday morning East Texas!

Be sure and grab that umbrella if you’re going to be out and about this morning. If this can happen soon enough, then many are in store for *some* sunshine and skyrocketing temperatures. Temperatures will be cool, but above average, with highs into the low 40s.
Friday Night…Mostly cloudy with a slight chance of showers.
Temperatures have cooled a bit as we’ve moved into the final days of 2015. Dropping into the 30’s in time for evening festivities! Temperatures will be mainly in the middle 50s for the game at Legion Field that begins at 11 this morning. “Accumulations of snow and ice ranged from a coating to 2”. It was nearly the consistency of a snow cone.
The showers do come with a cold front, so our temperatures slip on Thursday. If that happens, it could make for some slick roadways for New Year’s Eve revelers.
Saturday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 28. The high will be around 31 degrees.
Partly cloudy both Saturday and Sunday, with highs in the mid 30s (1° Celsius).
Today will be cold and dry, with partly sunny skies until this evening’s spat of rain.
Our weather will be unusually quiet through midweek.
The showers continue Wednesday night, but we get much less rain than Monday night. Low temperatures near: 42.

At least one forecast model now shows more moisture coming in from our south that could bring showers our way late Thursday afternoon into mid-day Friday.
