Former U.S. Rep. Mark Foley, a Republican who represented parts of Palm Beach County, said Monday’s speech – especially the knowledge he showed answering a range of audience questions – showed why he’s best prepared of all his party’s candidates.

Auburn beats Memphis 31-10 at the Birmingham Bowl
For the Memphis Tigers , it was the struggles of highly-touted junior signal-caller Paxton Lynch’s that made headlines. Jeremy Johnson and Auburn found a measure of redemption and, finally, something to celebrate in their season finale.

Asked by a Star-Banner reporter why his poll numbers appear stuck in the single digits, an agitated Bush said “they’re going to go up”. However, Bush expressed optimism to NPR that “the emotion of the here and now” with Trump “will subside”.

Turkish prosecutor: police foil New Year’s eve attack

In this selfie-obsessed generation, no candidate is safe, even a sexagenarian. “That was the most substantive question I’ve heard in a long time”.

How much money you just saved on gas in 2015
Over the last decade, only 2009 – when gas prices fell due to the economic downturn – saw lower gas prices in the United States. Gas prices have declined throughout 2015 and are now hovering around 2009 prices, according to data from the U.S.

“I’m the only candidate that has gone after him, because everybody else seems to be intimidated by the bully”.

Dick Batchelor, a Democratic political analyst for News 13, said Bush’s resume might not be enough for supporters.

Any hope Bush has in the state he led for eight years would have to build on the kind of loyal support he encountered in Hialeah – support from people like Luis Castaño, Chico’s cook and co-owner. Within one week, he has been eclipsed by Trump. On Tuesday, he’s back in New Hampshire, the state with the first in the nation primary – and the one the Bush camp is counting on to resuscitate his candidacy. Previous videos to use the hashtag have included his reaction to finding out there are three Sharknado movies and him putting on a hoodie he received as a gift. Trump is scheduled to hold a campaign rally on Hilton Head Island; while Bush is scheduled to attend a meet-and-greet in Lexington, South Carolina. The attack doesn’t stick. Trump hasn’t responded on that front. “It’s no secret that the contours of this race have changed from what was anticipated at the start”, an internal campaign memo states, oozing indignation that “a reality television star supporting Canadian-style single-payer health care and partial-birth abortion” is still leading the G.O.P. field.

After the debate, Trump described Bush as “dumb as a rock” who has “embarrassed himself and his family with his incompetent campaign for President”. “I’m not leaving until I get it.’ So we spend a lot of quality time doing that”, he quipped with his signature sarcasm.

“They’re scared, and the job of a president – or a candidate, for that matter – isn’t to scare them more; it’s to give them solutions, and that’s what I’m trying to do”, Bush said.
