Former Glee actor Mark Salling is facing legal trouble after authorities said he was arrested Tuesday at his Los Angeles-area home on suspicion of possessing child pornography.
Neither Salling nor his representatives have commented on the arrest.
Salling is best known for playing bad-boy Noah “Puck” Puckerman on TV’s musical dramedy “Glee”, which aired on Fox from 2009 until earlier this year.
In the lawsuit, Roxanne described Salling’s behavior as “willful, malicious and despicable” – adding that it caused her “severe and substantial mental and emotional distress, humiliation, fear, apprehension, anxiety and anguish!”
Also said to be a versatile musician, CNN noted that Salling had been filming “Adi Shankar’s Gods and Secrets” with Denise Richards, and fellow “Glee” alumni Josh Sussman and Max Adler.
According to TMZ, Salling was booked on possession of child porn, specifically porn involving minors “engaging in or simulating sexual conduct”.
Salling posted $20,000 bail later on Tuesday afternoon and was released, according to CBS Los Angeles. She says he grabbed her and pushed her, which made her hit her head.
The police showed up at Salling’s house with a search warrant and took the actor in custody shortly after.

Despite maintaining his innocence, the actor was forced to pay Gorzela $2.7 million in damages. She accused him of forcing her to have unprotected sex in 2011. TMZ said the case was settled, without giving details.
