Eric de Place, Sightline’s policy director, said the renewable energy incentives do have some environmental benefit. Yet we don’t think that the immediate effects will be great on prices, unfortunately for Louisiana’s oil patch.

The Wisconsin Badgers (9-3) are looking for another bowl game victory. Overall, Wisconsin’s defense is first with just over 13.1 points allowed per game and third with slightly more than 267 yards surrendered per game. On fourth-and-4 from the Wisconsin 36, Kessler and Adoree’ Jackson connected on a 34-yard pass. Then, on fourth-and-goal from the Wisconsin 1, Justin Davis’ goal-line dive resulted a touchdown and pulled USC within 10-7.

Star Ward will head to Greece and India on December 24 while January 9 has been set as a debut date in China. Fans embraced the new installment in the series: A clash between good and evil in a galaxy far, far away.

After USC went three-and-out on its opening drive of the second half, the Badgers went on a 12-play, six-minute drive capped off with a four-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Joel Stave to tight end Austin Traylor to put Wisconsin up 20-7. Big 10 match-up between schools like this would typically be projected as a Rose Bowl style game. 21 to 13.1 As unhappy as USC fans might have been with the offensive production, the Trojans did score 21 points against a Wisconsin defense allowing a nation’s low 13.1 points a game.

A massive fire in Dubai did not stop New Year’s fireworks
The ironically named Dubai Marina Torch, which is even taller, at 79 floors, than the Address Hotel, burned almost two years ago. The blaze reportedly started on a 20th floor terrace, although other accounts have the fire starting on the ground floor.

He won’t be doing it with momentum after the Trojans failed to bounce back from a loss against Stanford in the Pac-12 Conference championship game. Jack Cichy had two sacks coming into this game, but picked up three sacks on one possession and was Wisconsin’s most effective defensive player in the second half. People said the Badgers hadn’t played an offense that could both run and throw effectively, but it bottled up USC for much of the game, kept big plays to a minimum and made key plays at the end. But the Trojans answered with a quick drive that took just over two minutes, sparked by a 39-yard completion from Kessler to Smith-Schuster and a clever first down run by Jalen Greene on a lateral. But a poor close to the season, including a 23-21 Holiday Bowl loss to Wisconsin on Wednesday night, suggests that gambit may be destined for failure.

USC has a great quarterback in Cody Kessler, who threw for 28 touchdowns on the year.

Helton and the Trojans can now begin preparing for the 2016 season opener against Alabama.

“I have a ton of respect for what they’ve done this year”, first-year Wisconsin coach Paul Chryst said.

Defensively Wisconsin is very good. “I didn’t think about it being my last game at all, until probably that interception we threw”. This game has an unusually late east coast start time so use the DVR if needed. Outside of possibly the Crimson Tide, the Badgers haven’t faced a group as talented as these Trojans, led by JuJu Smith-Schuster.

Cichy led the defense with an impressive performance, including a three-sack series that saw USC go from a first down and 10 situation at midfield to a 4th down and 40 to go from their own 20 yard line following three Cichy sacks and a five-yard penalty.

Tanner McEvoy appeared to be on his way to a 73-yard touchdown run out of the wildcat package on the Badgers’ next drive, but officials ruled he stepped out of bounds at the UW 46-yard line. However, we all know Wisconsin as a running, punch in the mouth team so it’s worth keeping an eye on RB Dare Ogunbowale who has rushed for 769 yards and seven TDs along with 278 reception yards as well.
