Sanders, Clinton, O’Malley Square Off In Third Democratic Debate
“We now finally are where we need to be”, Clinton said during Saturday’s Democratic debate in New Hampshire.

It was the second consecutive Democratic debate to be held on a Saturday. After months of pivoting to the left on domestic issues to compete with Mr. Sanders for her party’s base, she is now talking about security and safety far more than Mr. Sanders – and solidifying her lead in opinion polls.
Clinton also drew fire for her claim that ISIS is using footage of Republican frontrunner Donald Trump’s controversial comments about Muslims to recruit would-be terrorists.
Trump responded Sunday by telling NBC News that Clinton is a “liar” and “weak”.
“He is becoming ISIS’ best recruiter”, she charged.
“What we’re asking for now is a thorough investigation with the DNC”, Sanders said on CBS.
At the same time, he again reiterated that it was “totally inappropriate” for the Democratic National Committee to cut off his campaign’s access to the voter data. “This is not the type of campaign that we run, and if I find anybody else involved in this, they will also be fired”. And they may make one up, knowing the Clintons and knowing Hillary, but there’s no – there’s nobody – she just made it up.
Among supporters of Vermont Sen.
If you feel like you’re not up on the details of the Democratic primary, some people say that’s by design. Maybe that’s normal politics in Washington.
Here in Iowa, Clinton has consistently polled ahead of Sanders. Sanders, who represents a state that, as he described it, has virtually no gun control, has been accused by Clinton of opposing gun safety legislation in the Senate.
Clinton recommended more direct action than her competitors, calling for a no-fly zone over part of Syria and insisting that the USA must seek to remove Syrian President Bashar Assad from power.
But Palmieri admitted that the former secretary of state “didn’t have a particular video in mind”.
And she disagreed with Sanders’ assertion that the US military should prioritize the fight against Islamic State over working to get Assad to leave power, saying both should be done at the same time.
“Yeah, regime change is easy, getting rid of dictators is easy”, Sanders said. “Do you think that’s a coincidence?”

“Out of pocket costs have gone up too much and prescription drug costs have gone through the roof”, Clinton said. The senator can talk economy, but is less confortable when it comes to foreign policy issues, which is a seeked topic among Americans after the latest ISIS attacks. Bernie Sanders fielded a question. Clinton challenged Sanders on how he would pay for those proposals, suggesting he’d pass on the costs to states and middle class Americans. The answer is that all of the Mexicans, they’re criminals and rapists, we’ve got to hate the Mexicans.
