Mitchell Marsh took four wickets as Australia wrapped up a 177-run win over the West Indies in the second Test in Melbourne to secure a series victory.

After Australia declared its first innings on 551-3, Darren Bravo guided the West Indies from 91-6 at the end of the second day to a gutsy reply of 271.
Earlier, with Smith declaring at the start of the day when his own score was 70 not out, he finished 2015 with 1,474 runs at 73.70 – the most for the year.
So far in the series, Australia have amassed 1,056 runs for the loss of just seven wickets.
Australia, which had won the opening match by an innings and 212-run in Hobart, will now play the third and the final Test in Sydney, starting from January 3.
The West Indies seem destined to follow-on, trailing Australia by 460 runs. “We’ll be bowling at some stage so we just have to be up for that”.
Bravo was unbeaten on 35, as he and Bravo defied the Australian bowlers for all but the entire session after six of their team mates gave up their wickets cheaply after tea on day two.
Both openers were gone by the 11th over as the Windies bowlers enjoyed their best spells of the series.
Kraigg Brathwaite and Rajendra Chandrika offered initial resistance on what was still a decent batting surface, with the former making 31 off 34 balls before becoming the first to go, caught by Smith in the slips off Nathan Lyon.
Holder was reasonably content with his batsmen, despite the damning statistic that the West Indies have yet to pass 300 in any of their eight innings against Australia at home and away this year.
Usman Khawaja (56) and Smith then put on 77 for the third wicket with the number three bringing up his 50 off 56 balls before edging Holder to Denesh Ramdin.
The Aussie bowling attack devastated the Windies on Day 2.
West Indies batsman Darren Bravo acknowledges the applause after scoring his half century against Au …
“I m obviously proud of the way the guys showed some fight in this game”, Holder said.
However, West Indies showed a lot of resolve with the bat in Melbourne.
“I don’t take anything off the field personally and if the opportunity presents itself to have a drink with him after the Test (I will)”. “Something I will hold dear to my heart every second I’m out there with that maroon cap on”.
Jerome Taylor made an aggressive 15 before being caught behind off Lyon, and the innings ended when Bravo sliced a Pattinson ball to Steven Smith at gully.

Brathwaite was out for 59, caught and bowled by offspinner Nathan Lyon (3-40) off the last ball before lunch.
