Seinfeld shows up to the White House in a 1936 Corvette Sting Ray, with a 327 cubic-inch v8 engine and silver blue coat. Some of you may not like to hear it, but Jerry likes to equate the cars he chooses to his guests, and in this episode he says that he picked America’s coolest auto for our coolest president.

However, Seinfeld, one of America’s most famous stand-ups and comedy writers, said: ‘I remember very well not being famous. Obama says he picks out his own suits from his own closet (though a source tells us there’s a White House valet tasked with such things).

How many world leaders are completely out of their mind, Seinfeld asked. But then every once in a while you’ll see an opening.

Seinfeld was unimpressed: “That’s pretty standard everywhere”, he said.
