Were more than a week out from Steve Harveys memorable Miss Universe 2015 gaffe at this point. It read: “I’d like to apologize wholeheartedly to Miss Colombia & Miss Philippines for my huge mistake”.
Is it possible that the announcement of the wrong victor was a publicity stunt, created to gain more press for the pageant?
