San Diego twins born in different years
It’s certainly not something that happens very often, but twins that were born in San Diego, in America, have completely different birthdays.

Jaelyn, the baby girl was born on December 31 2015 at 11.59 p.m. while Luis, the baby boy was born on January 1, 2016 at 12.02 a.m.
Twins born in a San Diego hospital will forever share different birthdays: one baby was born in the final minute of New Year’s Eve, while the other debuted in the first minutes of New Year’s Day.
Jaelyn was just 4 pounds, 15 ounces, while Luis weighed in at 5 pounds, nine ounces.
The twins’ father, Luis Valencia, said their birth was a huge surprise and a blessing. Both infants were happy and healthy as was their mother following her delivery. While speaking to NBC 7, Luis said the older sister was in awe and shocked to know about how her siblings have come into the world. Another couple of twins were born one year apart in Ventura, California.
