Klopp turns on Liverpool flops: 5 against 1? What are you doing?
West Ham moved up to fifth in the table, two points above Liverpool whose frailties were exposed again at Upton Park. We had a few bad luck in a few situations but that’s not what I want to see.

It’s the first criminal charges against Cosby over his conduct with women, which has received new scrutiny in the past year. “If there’s no “he-said”, because the defendant won’t get on the stand, that’s a problem for the defendant”, Robinson said. His lawyers helped him hold a pen. But he laughed and chatted with his attorneys.

Steele said Constand, who now lives in Toronto, was willing to cooperate. He did not enter a plea and spoke only to confirm he understood the terms of his bail, which was set at $1 million.

He reiterated that such criticism is “fair game” if Hillary Clinton plays the “woman card” in the presidential campaign. But that was nothing compared with what CNN’s Don Lemon engaged in when he had to discuss the topic.

Police say he was fingerprinted and photographed before being released.

Constand told police in 2005 that Cosby had drugged and assaulted her in his Cheltenham mansion.

Cosby was slapped with the felony charge of aggravated indecent assault yesterday, and his mug shot was released.

“Pills were provided. Wine was provided. A person in that condition is not able to give consent”, Steele said.

Monique Pressley says the charge by the Montgomery County district attorney’s office in Pennsylvania was no surprise. We have the utmost confidence in Mr. Steele, Ms. Feden and their team, who have impressed us with their professionalism. “But we’re focused on getting to the facts on this very old case that was once decided such that the former D.A. said there was no need to go further and that it belonged in the civil courts”, she said.

In early 2004, Constand went to Cosby’s home where she admitted to the comedian that she felt “drained” and “emotionally occupied”.

Cosby’s attorney has said the charge is unjustified and predicted her client will be exonerated.

Cosby was arraigned on Wednesday in a Pennsylvania court on charges that he had allegedly assaulted Andrea Constand, a former employee at Temple University who considered Cosby her mentor, in 2004.

Cosby’s lawyer criticised the media circus surrounding his case on Wednesday, but said his mood remained upbeat. Many of their claims fall outside of the statute of limitations.

So Constand sued him in civil court instead.

“And I also was operating under the desire that I wanted to arrest Cosby, because I wanted to punish him and, going along with that, I wanted all the attention that that would bring not only to victims of sexual assault, but to me personally!” The 78-year-old comedy legend was charged on Wednesday with drugging and sexually assaulting a woman 12 years ago.

Cosby’s lawyer declined to comment on the case before the announcement. Allred says even more victims have contacted her. “It brings back to front and square the issue of his own behavior”. Throughout the accusations, he has maintained his innocence and has denied all wrongdoing.

The accusations span decades, and most of the cases can not be tried in court because too much time has passed. Constand is one of more than 50 women who’ve accused Cosby of sexual assault. A civil settlement does not mean that Mr. Cosby is guilty or not guilty.
