Milwaukee won the game 95-85, but this is likely what the game will be remembered for.

Andrew Wiggins led the Wolves with 19 points and Shabazz Muhammad scored 17 off their bench.

The powerful center scored19 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as the Bucks dominated the interior the last three quarters. “They started out with more energy and effort”, Milwaukee assistant coach Joe Prunty said.

Milwaukee led by as much as 14 points as Minnesota went until 5:28 remained in the fourth quarter before scoring its first field goal since the end of the third quarter.

– In the battle of non-shooting point guards, Ricky Rubio scored 14 points on 4-of-8 shooting. The Wolves were outscored 29-19 in the second quarter. He had just eight points but had 10 rebounds.

“We played too cool, thinking we don’t need to be aggressive all the time”, Rubio said.

They led the Nuggets in Denver by 18 points before they lost 111-108 in overtime on December 11 and they led Portland twice by 17 points and lost both times. “I know we’re building something here and we have to be patient and that’s not the way”.

The Bucks next return to the Bradley Center to face the San Antonio Spurs on Monday night.
