Huawei gives glimpse of latest device set for CES announcement
The world of smartphone technology has been evolving in rapid leaps and bounds and the world at large is witnessing a major revolution in the world of smartphone technology.

We’ve heard a number of rumors hinting at the launch of the Huawei P9 in March, but it seems we may get to see the new flagship a little early this year. If proved to be true Huawei are doubling down, potentially forcing other manufacturers to create a new norm. Along with this smartphone, Huawei might also unveil the Honor X3 phablet with a 6.2-inch display respectively. Speaking of which, we’ve already seen all kinds of interesting rumors regarding Huawei-branded products in 2016, and the Huawei P9 rumor is the latest one to arrive.
The fact that a pre-CES event will be held on Tuesday was confirmed by the SVP of Huawei on Weibo. Below are the alleged screen sizes and RAM count that could be on board the following models.

The rumor also claims the Huawei P9 will be equipped with an unprecedented 6GB of RAM, 2GB more than the current maximum on a smartphone. It will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box. We still don’t have any pricing or availability info, but we’ll report back as soon as Huawei makes this device official, stay tuned. It will be powered by Huawei’s homebrew Kirin 950 octa-core SoC based on the ARM Cortex-A72 architecture.
