If you’re wondering why Trump is firing shots, you don’t need to look further than Jackson’s recent interview with United Airlines’ Rhapsody magazine.
The thing is, Jackson can name at least a couple instances in which he and Trump met at one of the Trump golf courses.
And he used to call me – I have another person that can verify that he knows me.
What was first a he said-he said situation has now turned into a they said-he said scenario.
“Myers informed ‘The Hateful Eight” star Trump recently tweeted he didn’t know Jackson personally, after Jackson told a magazine the Republican presidential candidate cheats at golf.
“Oh, I am, for sure”, said with a smile.
But Trump denied that he had played golf with Jackson “to best of my knowledge” – and then added a dig about how the actor “does too many TV commercials-boring”.
“C’mon @realDonaldTrump you played Golf with @SamuelLJackson and me as well. we also had lunch together! shrimp and hot dogs. sound familiar?” “I don’t know what the Don’s up to”. Evidently Jackson also has a feud with Trump.
In September, The Washington Post “investigated” the matter and found that several of Trump’s Golf partners claimed The Donald isn’t exactly the most trustworthy man on the fairways.
“I always thought he was a awful writer”, Trump told The Post. “I would say that he’s a very dishonest writer”. “Ahh, the guys I play with cheat all the time”, he recalls Trump saying, mid-match.

In response, Trump claimed he had never heard of Mulvoy.
