The travel company, which is headquartered in Winnipeg, announced Wednesday that Kelowna will be the other major hub.

Travellers can start booking flights from Jan.6, with the first flight departing Feb.12.

Then from March 14 to May 1, departures from Regina to Kelowna will increase to two times per week on Monday and Saturday. The cheapest flights cost $89, to fly between Kelowna, Regina, Saskatoon and Abbotsford, while the most expensive flight is a $149 ticket to travel from Hamilton to Kelowna.

Passengers can “customize” their experience by paying for priority boarding or purchasing refreshments, and even carry-on baggage will cost you – $25 per bag. Flair says on its website it’s a Kelowna-based charter firm owned by Jim Rogers, a former senior executive with Kelowna Flightcraft (now KF Aerospace), a well-respected specialist in charter and cargo operations with several decades of existence.
