Weather Forecast: Snow through the upcoming weekend
Longmont could see up to 4 inches of snow tonight as temperatures begin to drop towards the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

The NWS forecasts a high of about 24 Thursday accompanied by cloudy skies.
For Thursday, the midstate can expect mostly sunny skies, with a high near 42 and a low at night around 23.
Snow in Denver should stick around Thursday night, there’s a 60 percent chance, with an additional accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.
Saturday could be downright nasty with gusty winds, a high near 19 degrees and blowing snow. Despite a high of 40 on Friday, we go up to 46 on Saturday and 50 on Sunday. The high will be 53, about 16 degrees warmer than the average high for this time of year in the St. Louis metropolitan area, 37.
During the day Saturday, temperatures will hover in the mid 40s with rain likely. During the afternoon the chance of precipitation drops to 30 percent. North northwest winds of about 9 miles per hour will shift to the east northeast in the afternoon. Only a few spots get a passing shower on Saturday, but we all get showers Saturday night.
