Netflix content chief Ted Sarandos said he got his share of said texts.

Whatever the reason you haven’t gotten hooked on the addictive true crime series a decade in the making, don’t worry; we are here for you. “It was no outcome to us if Steven Avery was found guilty or not guilty”.

Mr Walker’s unwillingness to grant a pardon coincided with reports that Avery had claimed in legal documents filed to back his appeal that his two brothers could have murdered Ms Halbach, according to TMZ website.

The documentary has been met with great acclaim, and has attracted many to Avery’s case.

In 2003, Avery was exonerated after being imprisoned 18 years for a rape he did not commit.

“It’s really exciting to watch something really take off like that”, Sarandos said.

“He tells me that she did come to his place that day”, she said. Both were sentenced to life in prison, and though Avery is not eligible for parole, Dassey will be in 2048.

Zigmunt expects the requests to wane in the future because someone who has purchased the documents will likely put them online.

Pieces of evidence Hermann referenced: Avery’s DNA found under the hood latch of Halbach’s vehicle and leg irons and handcuffs found in the residence.

“Those who feel they have been wrongly convicted can seek to have their convictions overturned by a higher court”, she said.

Netflix’s documentary “Making a Murderer” focuses on the story of Steven Avery. Unsurprisingly, given how much people keep talking about Making A Murderer, the petition managed to gather more than 129,700 signatures in only a few weeks. He believes Avery’s case deserves national attention.

Dassey recanted his confession, and Avery has insisted that he was framed for the murder by authorities angry over his lawsuit. Also Dassey is being represented by another innocence project in Chicago. “It is inconceivable that the police could have planted this much evidence”.

A petition asking President Obama to pardon Avery and his nephew Brendan Dassey has reached 100,000 signatures, the minimum requirement for the White House to issue a response.
