31-year-old Wesley Landers was reportedly found unconscious with a heroin syringe in his arm and revived with Narcan.
Police said Landers was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center for a possible overdose.
CPD said that at around 11:30 a.m., the man and woman were found in the hospital unresponsive.
Wesley Landers was locked inside the private bathroom.
The pair were with a 7-month-old little girl, who according to a GoFundMe account had surgery last week to have her trachea reconstructed.
She was being treated at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center this week. According to court papers, he had a syringe in his arm and a loaded gun in his pocket.
Family friends say they had no idea either parent did drugs. “All I can tell you is that our office is inundated, and if I had some answers, we would be implementing them now”.

“We prayed for their precious child, we prayed for them”, pastor Dennis Terry told ABC affiliate WAAY in Huntsville, Alabama. Wesley Landers is charged with drug possession, carrying a concealed weapon and having a weapon under disability – meaning he was not allowed to carry a gun due to an earlier conviction.
