Tens of thousands of people attended funerals in the West Bank on Saturday for Palestinians killed in violence over the past few months during a period of near-daily Palestinian attacks against Israeli civilians and soldiers. On the same day, another attacker, Alaa Abu Jamal, rammed his auto into pedestrians and then stabbed people, killing one, according to AP.

The stabber, identified by Israel Police as a 17-year-old resident of eastern Jerusalem who holds Israeli citizenship, was shot by police at the scene and evacuated to the hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg. The home consisted of one floor and three apartments.
Ms Abu Jamal lived with her husband and two children.

Since the current round of Israeli-Palestinian violence erupted in mid-September, 21 Israelis have been killed in Palestinian attacks.
Earlier on Monday, Israel destroyed the homes of two Palestinians who had carried out attacks in October.
