Conor McGregor Is Under Investigation For Posting A Photo With A Gun
The Holm-Tate matchup is reportedly going to be the co-main event of the fight card.

UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor and women’s bantamweight champion Holly Holm are two of the biggest names in the UFC these days and apparently the two are getting what they were batting for in recent months.
Dos Anjos is coming off the back of an impressive 66-second win over Donald Cerrone in December and Cordeiro believes his student has all the tools to repeat that performance against McGregor.
That little exchange between the featherweight and lightweight champions has created ample anticipation ahead of March 5’s UFC 197, should the super fight be confirmed by the promotion.
With a victory, “The Notorious” one would become only the third multi-division world champion in UFC history, joining two of the sport’s greats in Randy Couture and BJ Penn. Two fights later, he was headlining his first show, and one fight after that he jumped into serious title contention. Dos Anjos has been known to neutralize the threat of strikers, but McGregor has responded to every test thrown his way.
Instead, he will make the move up to lightweight, an increase of 10lbs, and challenge current champion Rafael dos Anjos for his title. Most overtly, the latter is noteworthy because-up until this point-McGregor’s UFC fights have been at featherweight (145 lbs), not lightweight (155 lbs).
Following his 13 second knockout of Jose Aldo at UFC 194, the future of Conor McGregor oddly seemed more uncertain than ever.
Everyone knows it and that’s why Dos Anjos, Nate Diaz, Frankie Edgar and even Max Holloway have called him out.
In contemplating the scenario that ended up playing out as as reality, Edgar said on Monday that he wasn’t sure he’d wait around until July to fight again if he was asked to. McGregor’s UFC 189 bout against Chad Mendes came in around the 1 million mark and you would imagine his title unification was significantly higher.
How much is Conor McGregor making?

Multiple sources confirm UFC will soon announce UFC 197 for March 5 in Vegas with Dos Anjos/McGregor and Holm/Tate.
