Rex Ryan went skydiving
Rex Ryan got to the Niagara Falls Air Base and instead of blue and red was decked out in black and gold, the colors of the U.S. Army Golden Knights parachute team.

Explaining why he wanted to throw his body out of an airplane at 52-years-old, Ryan said he enjoys “living”.
“That was awesome”, Ryan said moments after landing.
He brought good energy and positive vibes to his flight by wearing a shirt that read, “Don’t hate me because I’m a little cooler”.
Ryan landed safely. Like a kid at a water park, he immediately wanted to go again. “Unless you do it, I don’t think people can do it justice on how to describe it”. He’ll predict that his team will make the playoffs (obviously), call out his former players, or even decorate his truck with a Bills logo.
There are plenty of things Bills head coach Rex Ryan could doing to prepare for the upcoming National Football League season.
“I don’t have to play”, he said.
As Plato once said, and I’m sure Rex agrees with the idea, “Let us not pray to be sheltered from dangers, but to be fearless and do it for the Vine”. “So, yeah, not recommended for the players”.
