WWE Royal Rumble 2016
Brock Lesnar is a bad man with an even worse tattoo, though we’ve yet to meet anyone fearless enough to tell him that to his face. When they announced the Reigns vs. The World match last week, it had that Shakespearean drama storyline, but WWE started making things go their way last night on Raw.

With all of the injuries that WWE is now having do deal with leading up to the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania season, it was refreshing on the January 11 episode of Monday Night RAW to see a major surprise and title change.
The last time in which the WWE World Heavyweight Championship was contested in a Royal Rumble match was in 1992.
The saga of Roman Reigns continued this past week on Raw.
And unfortunately for Reigns, his chances of retaining the title took a hit once Lesnar entered the equation and let everyone know he won’t be messing around at WWE’s upcoming pay-per-view.
Back during the summer, Owens actually talked about there being one big and main opponent for him and that is Brock Lesnar. That match is just another in a long line of “insurmountable obstacles” being thrown at the WWE World Heavyweight Champion week after week. Lesnar is booked for the Royal Rumble, Fastlane and of course WrestleMania 32, so it is expected he will be appearing more than usual during this year’s road to WrestleMania.
When asked about a normal day in NXT, he said: “A normal day would be wrestling for two or three hours – learning techniques, new moves, getting comfortable with what you’re doing”.
Raw is Jericho segment with Chris Jericho.
While I don’t expect Lesnar to come away from the Rumble with the championship, I’m sure we’ll see some kind of angle take place that will set up his WrestleMania match.
There is a rash of injuries in the WWE right now and the latest person to miss time is John Cena, who underwent shoulder surgery on Friday. Each of them has value as an individual Superstar, but when put in the ring together, there’s no spark, no excitement.
Non-Title: Dean Ambrose and Sheamus fight to a double count-out.

Sure, O’Neil and Stardust have bickered for the past few weeks, but the feud doesn’t feel like much more than that. Becky Lynch will be looking for another shot at Charlotte’s Diva’s Title after Charlotte’s father, Ric Flair, cost The Lass Kicker the match last week. Goldust is the only wrestler to get thrown by Reigns in the 2014 and 2015 editions. Brock Lesnar made the save, only to hit Reigns with an F5.
