We can’t wait to see it either…
DeGeneres joked of the move, “After what feels like decades of campaigning I’m so excited that my show is on ITV2”.
The talkshow, recently extended in the USA until 2020, contains interviews with celebrity guests, human-interest stories and recurring comedy segments.
The British will finally get to experience the intense feels that happen when you’re watching The Ellen DeGeneres show next Monday, when the famed USA daytime talk show will begin airing on United Kingdom television.
It won’t be old repeats either, with Variety reporting the channel will show new episodes from the current season in line with their U.S. air dates.
Highlights from the most recent series include the cast of Star Wars, Hillary Clinton and popular returning guest Justin Bieber.
Last week, The Ellen Show was renewed for four more years, which means that it will reach 17 years on the air, until at least 2019/2020.
The Ellen DeGeneres Show first premiered on 8 September 2003.
