Four inches of rain fell overnight and caused flash flooding in Georgetown and Ripley.

Georgetown fire crews responded to multiple vehicles underwater and rescued eight people from flooded roadways, according to officials.

Family members say they were able to get a small, blue life jacket on the girl before she disappeared into the flood waters.

The children’s father and Victoria’s fiance, 47-year old Tony Barrios and two older children survived the accident. The survivors were taken to a Cincinnati hospital.
