Johnny Manziel’s Vegas trip was more absurd than you thought
You’re most likely aware of the troubles that quarterback Johnny Manziel has caused the team, the most recent incident involving an impromptu trip to Las Vegas while he was undergoing concussion protocol, the night before the last game of the season.

“I’m not exactly sure where Johnny is”, Haslam said Sunday night.
ESPN Las Vegas, citing unnamed sources, reported that Manziel was at a popular night club Saturday in Las Vegas, “wearing a blonde wig, a fake mustache, glasses and a hoodie”.
Left guard Joel Bitonio briefly talked to Manziel in the locker room and saw him in a meeting when Haslam and Sashi Brown, the new executive vice president of football operations, addressed the team.
Sunday’s firings of coach Mike Pettine and general manager Ray Farmer won’t be enough.
But the Browns’ problems go much deeper than Pettine’s and Farmer’s differences over playing wide receiver Dwayne Bowe, signed to a $9 million guaranteed contract, or even the struggles of Farmer’s four first-round draft choices in the past two years.
Following Sunday’s game, the 50-year-old Pettine said he understood change was looming – and inevitable.
Hours after a 28-12 loss to the rival Pittsburgh Steelers in the season finale, Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam fired coach Mike Pettine and general manager Ray Farmer.
Haslam was non-committal about Manziel’s future with the team on Sunday, deferring any of those decisions to Brown, his next coach and GM.
Other people in Las Vegas also reported seeing Manziel, according to Larry Brown Sports.
“I am going to let the guys upstairs do their job”, Bitonio said when asked about Manziel.
Elevated from his defensive line coaching duties in an unconventional, surprising promotion by CEO Jed York last January, Tomsula went 5-11 as the 49ers missed the playoffs for the second straight season. The Browns do not require concussed players to be at the stadium for home games.

Manziel needs to shape up and make better decisions off the field before they really affect his on the field production. “I don’t think structure is quite as important as right people in the right place and everybody understanding their roles and working well together”.
