Nick Carter was arrested on Wednesday after allegedly getting into an altercation at a bar.
According to the source police eventually turned up to investigate what happened and at 8.13pm he was arrested. Back in 2002, he was booked after an incident at a nightclub in Tampa. We have a feeling Mr. Carter was trying to avoid media attention – or the officers are just more *NSYNC fans. Carter, 35, is facing one misdemeanor count of battery. Charges were dismissed after a plea bargain, in which Carter agreed to pay a fine and complete community service. “It has been our dream to have a family together and we can not wait to welcome our first child into the world”.
Carter recently was runner up in ABC’s Dancing With The Stars television show.
