Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict’s aggressive style has cost him a three-game suspension for the start of next season for repeated violations of player safety rules. You don’t have to be a football expert to see that Brown may have indeed suffered a serious concussion and he could be out Sunday for the Steelers’ game against the Denver Broncos.

In an appearance on “Inside NFL”, Jones said he would only apologize to Brown if he doesn’t play on Saturday. Adam “Pacman” Jones isn’t buying that Brown was actually hurt, though, and the Bengals cornerback since has made some pointed comments about the situation. Porter was on the field following linebacker Vontaze Burfict’s illegal hit on receiver Antonio Brown, allegedly chirping at Bengals players – and loitering to interact with Bengals players after Brown was leaving the field.

Burfict had been fined four times for risky plays during the season.

At his Monday press conference, Cincinnati coach Marvin Lewis said Burfict’s hit “didn’t go over the edge”. “So we’ll really just kind of see how it goes [Wednesday]”.

“I will – if he don’t play”, Jones said. It was Burfict who ended Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell’s season in Week 8 after a low hit to his knee. Steelers coach Mike Munchak yanked on Bengals safety Reggie Nelson’s arm and hair when Nelson ran into him on the sideline, for example.

Roethlisberger admitted he had been limited during his final drive of the game. “When I saw it, and saw (Brown’s) hands flail, and I saw his head lean back, the first thing I said was, ‘[the officials] got it right.’ And that’s being honest”. “But I still don’t believe I should have got a flag for talking to a coach that’s on the field behind the huddle”.
