David Bowie Planned to Release Another Album After ‘Blackstar’

Bowie battled cancer for 18 months and learned in November that his illness was terminal. According to various sources within Bowie’s inner circle, the rock icon was suffering from liver cancer and allegedly had experienced six heart attacks in his final years. “I’m so very sad”. There will never be another David Bowie, but there will always be the memory of him and the light he brought into this world will warm it forever.

His close friend, film and theatre producer Robert Fox, has now revealed David was preparing to take an “experimental” new drug in the hope it would “prolong his life”.

However, Visconti says that in the final weeks of his life Bowie had begin demoing five new songs and that the pair were in discussions about starting a new record.
