The Nets sit at 10-27 and have lost four games in a row. The Nets are not in control of their own first-round draft pick until 2019. But would Prokhorov be the one orchestrating the rebuilding plan, or would he allow his future GM and coach to have final say? The one they have been trying clearly isn’t working.
