Friday morning rain then a break Saturday
Temperatures are already in the upper 30s – mild for this time of year. Temperatures overnight will drop into the 30s so we’ll see a mix of rain and some snow. Another cold front will sweep across the southeast this weekend bringing slight chances for rain on Sunday and more freezing temperatures for next week.

Saturday will remain cloudy with a few flurries possible.
Do not be fooled by today’s warm temperatures – we are in for a cold weekend.
Cloudy skies are expected throughout the day, with a chance of rain and snow showers before noon and a slight chance of snow showers in the evening and overnight, with lake effect snow developing northeast of Cleveland. No accumulation is expected from this system in our area and the moisture should rapidly move away from us. Winds will gust up to 25 miles per hour, bringing risky wind chills.
We will see lake effect snow showers Sunday with temps in the teens to low and mid 20s.

Monday: snow showers possible up until noon, and highs only in the mid 20s. Air temperatures will struggle to climb all day Sunday, only reaching the mid single digits during the afternoon. Total precipitation: 3.2 inches of snow. It will be dry and cold for a few days of the work week before the next chance of snow arrives mid week.
