Ted Cruz’s Citizenship Status Challenged In Birther Lawsuit
When it comes to candidates Cruz sceptics do support, Donald Trump gets the most endorsements.

Since the summer, Trump has gathered thousands of people into stadiums and farms like the one he lit up Friday in Urbandale, Iowa. “In fact, I was all for you until you started saying it”. In some cases, they are responding about the way you’d expect New Yorkers to react. Because when Ted Cruz is president, he’ll use any worldwide incident-like the American sailors’ encounter with Iran, a crisis that was snuffed within 10 hours-to unleash the dogs of war: “Any nation that captures our fighting men will feel the full force and fury of the United States of America!” And McCain was born on a US military base to an American father and mother. Some claim his dad became a Canadian citizen around 1970.
In the 1920s, Canada offered acreage to Americans to relocate to Canada in hopes they would become successful at farming. There’s no evidence that his parents filed a CRBA. While the eligibility question is unresolved, in some eyes, the file confirmed his parents were given citizenship in 1975.
I, on the other hand, was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, while my father was attending Bible college.
Legal scholars aren’t entirely sure but suggest the best route might be through the courts.
Suspicious, to say the least. In April, Cruz held a fundraiser at the apartment of a gay businessman in NY, where Cruz took a reportedly moderate stance on LGBTQ issues while accepting their money.
Never mind that Iran had already freed the sailors, that the Pentagon has clarified that they had, indeed, strayed into Iranian waters, or that the Obama Administration’s improved diplomatic relationship with Iran led to the quick and peaceful resolution of the whole affair. That birth certificate he finally released was obviously bogus, but I believe it was bogus for reasons other than his place of birth.
Ted Cruz says he isn’t anxious about liberal Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe’s position on whether he is eligible to be president, but what about conservative columnist Ann Coulter’s?
“Well, listen. I have spent my entire life defending the U.S. Constitution before the U.S. Supreme Court”. I think that’s ludicrous.
Each candidate Cruz faces has this issue in their back pocket.
Unless we’re all Ruth Bader Ginsburg now, and interpret the Constitution to mean whatever we want it to mean, Cruz is not a “natural born citizen”.
Trump supporters might argue Trump named Cruz his running mate without knowing about Cruz’s ineligibility then.
“With all due respect, you should be ashamed for even asking that question”, the Birther Report spokesperson said when asked. Now it’s a “big problem”. It takes a lot to put Trump on the high road, to make him sound like Cicero, but somehow Cruz pulled it off. And by the end of the 150-minute marathon, Trump stood taller as a candidate.
