Jeb Bush Gets Lindsey Graham’s Endorsement For President

Graham today noted that Bush was the lone candidate in last night’s debate to explicitly reject Trump’s continued call to indefinitely ban non-citizen Muslims from entering the United States. It might be an important endorsement for Bush, but it’s hard to see how this will help Bush in the polls. The particular problem for Mr Rubio, who has campaigned hard in SC, is not only that he could have done with Mr Graham’s nod; but also an apprehension that he is, though talented and attractive, too green to be president.

Still, Graham can be a polarizing figure in SC politics.
