The National Weather Service has now confirmed 6 tornadoes in the Local 4 area on Thursday.
There were reports of funnel clouds near Watertown as well, before the storm system moved on into Minnesota.

A large barn, in its path of destruction, was destroyed at 13430 E. County A. Nobody or animals were injured. Investigators also found downed wires and trees damaged.
Even the professionals were caught off guard by the fast-moving storm. No warnings have been issued thus far.
As heavy rain and strong winds hit the city, temperatures dropped 15 degrees within an hour-between 1:45 and 2:45 p.m., according to the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration’s weather observation page for Janesville.
