Netanyahu Blasts Implementation of Iran Nuclear Deal

President Barack Obama signed an executive order lifting some of the USA economic sanctions on Iran, the White House announced.

He urged British firms to take advantage of the new opportunities that would open as Iran was brought in from the cold.

Britain’s top diplomat weighed in on the announcement and said it was a step toward making the world safe. “American hardliners and extremists”.

Verified by the United Nations nuclear agency, Iran has done all the steps to address world concerns in scaling back its nuclear plan, including freezing much of its nuclear material production, which could be used to build nuclear bombs.

Porter said the nuclear agreement “represents really primarily a negotiating accomplishment for the Iranian side”.

“This action is consistent with the US government’s commitment to continue targeting those who assist in Iran’s efforts to procure items for its ballistic missile program”, the department said in a statement.

Iran ended years of economic isolation when world powers lifted the stringent sanctions against the Islamic Republic on Saturday in return for Tehran agreeing to certain norms and ending any chances of engaging on nuclear hegemony.

Many observers expected the IAEA would corroborate Iranian compliance. “Over 400 individuals and entities were removed from the SDN list by the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), but about 200 Iranian or Iran-related individuals and entities will remain on the list”, he said. This will include removing the current requirement for those trading with Iran to register with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Alongside Rezaian, three other prisoners of dual nationalities were also freed.

The historic nuclear accord between Iran and major powers was set in motion on Saturday, January 16.

It must reduce its level of uranium enrichment, drastically reduce the size of its stockpile of enriched uranium, reduce the number of centrifuges and agree to unfettered global inspections.

The fourth is Siamak Namazi, a businessman arrested previous year in Tehran after the nuclear deal was struck.
