Ben Higgins reportedly almost “quit a few times” during ‘The Bachelor’ filming

The latest Bachelor episode also had a couple of random celebrity cameos as Ice Cube and Kevin Hart showed up to promote their upcoming movie, Ride Along 2. The women? Think Stephanie Tanner after D.J. steals her journal. I expected Lace to explode, not implode, and I wasn’t the only one: “It looks like Lace is reaching the end of her dynamite stick”, says Caila.

One week after Oklahoman Lauren Barr rejected Ben Higgins’ rose, controversial Lace Morris told him she couldn’t go on and eliminated herself during Monday night’s episode.

But one aspect of the first two episodes has been grossly overlooked by the masses, and it is driving me nuts: Why is no one talking about Becca absolutely raining jump shots during the group date?

On the date, Ben managed to make her comfortable and she opened up about her past as an adopted child and the survivor’s guilt that came with losing her whole family.

After be-splittling their microphones from above Venice Beach, their biplane lands in what’s supposedly the SoCal desert, but seems to be about 5 minutes from a turnoff on the 101.

The Bachelor airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.

Ben was right there to calm the flight attendant’s nerves as they took off in a tiny stunt plane.

Welcome back to The Bachelor, a fascinating alternate universe where hot tubs appear out of nowhere, Time With Ben is the new Powerball, and Olivia’s Fat Toes somehow trump both Olivia’s Mouth and Jubilee’s Horrific Past in a stunning attention grab on Week 3. She also has a tattoo that says work on yourself which is a good reminder. He notes the heaviness again when he returns at for the rose ceremony. After dinner, she even got a private concert from country-star Lucy Angel in a barn.

However, Ben’s mood changes when he gets heartbreaking news from home. Alex Morgan and Kelly O’Hara will even coach the game. Jubilee seems to be under fire for her connection with Higgins and her sarcastic comments that were clearly jokes. I don’t know what you guys are doing but this ain’t you. Olivia is going to fake a panic attack next week-up your game! Either way, it looks like the show will go on as the remaining 17 ladies continue to vie for Ben’s heart in the new episode.

Later, we find out that Jubilee got the date card for a one-on-one date with Ben, and her reaction pales in comparison to the attempts by the rest of the women in the house to feign happiness for her. After making out with Ben at the after party, she receives the first-date rose, setting the stage for the rose ceremony to follow.

For the group date, things got a little more intense.

Bachelor fans fell more in love with Lauren B, the lucky victor this week for a one-on-one date with Ben.

Tonight, one-on-one dates include a private biplane ride and a visit to an exclusive spa.

If the girls try to confront Jubilee of course Ben is going to step in. “I think it’s just as important to him as it is to me”, Olivia justifies before leading him up to a hotel room. Ben stares at her for a beat trying to figure out if she’s kidding. The day was a big one for him; he had just found out that two “pillars of his community” back home had died in a plane crash. Jubilee has been allowed to be the most interesting, multi-dimensional character of any of the girls this season, and I hope she sticks around for awhile, because her presence is a reminder that there’s more to life than the single-minded quest for validation these people are on. They were seen in the bathtub. The women were stunned that Jubilee could ask such a question, while they were forced to stay at the mansion. Amber, however, interrupts the massage, further angering Jubilee and forcing Ben to hide his massage-boner. Higgins also eliminated Utah mathematician Shushanna Mkrtychyan and Canadian bartender Jami Letain.
