Tennessee Titans wide receiver Justin Hunter was arrested Monday afternoon in Virginia Beach in relation to a bar fight, records from the Virginia Beach Sheriff’s office show.

On July 3, officers responded to and broke up a large brawl at the Sandbar Raw Bar, 2110 Atlantic Ave., Cason said.
Cason said the Virginia Beach Police Department’s homicide unit was assigned to investigate the case, due to “the nature of the assault”.
The incident occurred over the fourth of July weekend, and Hunter turned himself today.
Hunter was charged with one count of felonious assault and lodged in the Virginia Beach City Jail on no bond.
While the circumstances of his alleged actions remain unknown, jail records indicate the assault charge involves “malicious intent, stabbing, cutting wounding”.

A victim was later taken to the hospital for injuries sustained during the incident.
