Will the iPad Air 3 be water resistant?

Although the latest iPad is likely to be unveiled in March, Apple fans hoping for a major update of the company’s smartwatch are likely to be disappointed.

Based on the benchmark, the machine is running the unreleased 3.3 GHz Intel Core i7-6567U processor, which is appropriate for the high-end 13-inch model. Although that might still sound recent to some, for many, the powerful laptop is overdue for another update given how fast the technology evolves.

Come March 2016 and you might be able to buy an updated version of the Apple iPad an updated Macbook Air, a better version of the Apple Watch and an iPhone with a 4-inch display.

MNR Daily also emphasized in its report that it would seem impossible for Apple, considering the delay, not to release the Macbook Pro 2016 without the new and improved processors. The report says that the MacBook Pro range will feature Intel Skylake processors. The event is said to reported to launch the Apple Watch 2, the newest i-Phone and the iPad Air 3. One feature that is being speculated for the MacBook Pro 2016 is that it might be solar powered, as Breathe Cast speculates. The 13 inch and the 15 inch 2016 MacBook Pros are likely to come with screen resolutions of 2560 x 1600 pixels and 2880 x 1800 pixels respectively.

Apple’s upcoming MacBook Pro has reportedly appeared in benchmark tests on Geekbench.

Although the release dates of the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro 2016 are not yet confirmed by Apple, it is safe to expect the devices on March.

It’s also possible that the processing speed could see a bump from the current 2.7GHz entry-level processor in the 13-inch MacBook Pro.

The iPad mini 5 could also have a different chassis, this time made with 7000-series aluminium like the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus to make it more durable, particularly if it is indeed thinner to help prevent the tablet from bending. It is already being used on the iPhone 6S, and this might likely make it to the MacBook Pro 2016 as well. It will have 8GB or 16Gb of 1600MHz LPDDR3 RAM accompanied with Intel HD Graphics 5300.

Reports claim that the update may happen sometime during the first quarter of the year, with the latest schedule to be in the end of Q2.

On the iPhone front, 9to5Mac had earlier reported that March could also herald the debut of the long-rumored 4-inch iPhone 6c, which would be targeted at iPhone fans who find the larger screens of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus too large. More details on the device are expected to be announced when its official release date draws near.
