Leicester reboots title charge, Liverpool and Arsenal draw
Liverpool hosted Arsenal in what proved to be one of the games of the season, as the teams shared six goals in their Premier League fixture at Anfield.

The manager, nevertheless, urged his side to learn from the lesson and move on from the defeat ahead of their next Premier League home game against Sunderland on Saturday.
Claudio Ranieri watched his Leicester City team draw level on points with Arsenal at the top of the English Premier League after a 1-0 win at Tottenham on Wednesday, but maintained any title talk was silly.
But this win – which takes them seven points above fourth-placed Spurs and eight clear of West Ham in fifth – will give them real hope of finishing in the Champions League places, if not higher.
It was remarkable that for all the creative talent on show, Huth won the game in the simplest of fashion as the tallest man on the field found himself unmarked in the 83rd minute to head in a corner.
While Merson believes Tottenham will have too much for Leicester in north London on Wednesday night, the former Arsenal playmaker believes Spurs could struggle to cope with the increasing expectations at the club.
“We drew in the FA Cup at Tottenham on Sunday with goals from [MARCIN]Wasilewski and [SHINJI]Okazaki and, tonight, it was Huth”, Ranieri said.
“We need to fix some things because we are making mistakes and conceding goals, we’re in a period where every mistake we make leads to us conceding a goal.” argued the Argentine.
“I just said to him [Schmeichel] that without him we wouldn’t be in that position”.
Despite recalls for Tottenham’s Harry Kane and fit-again Jamie Vardy – one of nine changes for Ranieri’s visitors from the weekend’s game – neither could get their names on the scoresheet.
“We’re excited to compete but you need to accept sometimes the bad result like Leicester can happen”, he said.
“We did it before, and we had a couple of good chances and they had as well”. He then played in Dele Alli, who came close to celebrating his new White Hart Lane contract with the opener but the England midfielder could only send his rasping shot wide of the post.

“The frustration comes from the fact that at 3-2, we had three situations when we could have made it 4-2 and made a bad decision”. I remember the first game [in September] it was hard to beat them.
