Fallout 4 audio files reveal scrapped Combat Zone content – or possible DLC

Beta patch 1.3 for Fallout 4 offers a new HBAO+ setting for ambient occlusion as well as Nvidia card only weapon debris effects, created to enhance the look of the title. Bethesda released a beta version of 1.3.45 via Steam for those that opted in to beta updates.

Gamers that would like to try out the beta version of the upcoming patch can download it on Steam by logging in to their accounts and then right clicking on Fallout 4 in the library. PS4 and Xbox One users will have to wait a bit longer.

So what does the 1.3 update add? The beta patch also adds a status menu for settlers in the player’s settlements, along with the ability to rotate objects that the player is holding. The Commonwealth has lots of water areas to explore already, and Bethesda won’t even have to put a lot of effort into expanding the game in order to make it interesting in this regard.

There is very little doubt that Fallout 4 is a massive game.

In another nice surprise, copper is no longer consumed when building power lines in Settlement.

Fallout 4 is an awesome game and no doubt, it has won the hearts of many gamers.

A number of questlines were fixed, including everyone’s favorite Minuteman quests given by Preston.

Bethesda always includes at least one amusing update in their patch notes. Another glitch that’s been fixed prevented users from suddenly becoming dismembered while still alive, which had the potential to be highly inconvenient.

You can check out the full list of tweaks and changes on the Bethesda forum. Modders have dug up key details on scrapped content, with the most famous case being the cut 20 Leagues Under the Sea quest, which apparently centered around a submerged vault, and explains the game’s hidden harpoon gun.
