Klopp delighted after dramatic Liverpool win
The Reds, who now lie in eighth place in the Premier League table, recorded a 5-4 victory over Alex Neil’s side thanks to an extra-time victor from Adam Lallana. Liverpool won the game 5-4.

Klopp had again been counting the cost of Liverpool’s fragility from set pieces, telling BBC Sport that their defensive work at Carrow Road was “the biggest rubbish ever.”
Dieumerci Mbokani had cancelled out Roberto Firmino’s opener with a brilliant back-heel before Steven Naismith put Norwich 2-1 up at half-time.
Fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur’s title push continued as it recovered from Jan Vertonghen’s own goal at Crystal Palace to win 3-1 – Harry Kane, Dele Alli, with a stunning volley, and Nacer Chadli scoring after halftime. Leicester has 47 points, Arsenal 44 and Manchester City has 43.
Firmino made it 3-3 before James Milner restored Liverpool’s lead after capitalising on a poor back pass to make it 3-4 in the 75th minute.
The Reds conceded two goals directly from a corner and a free-kick against Norwich and Klopp admits it’s a problem that needs rectifying.
“Norwich thought they had claimed a share of the spoils when Sebastien Bassong scored in the second minute of stoppage time but Adam Lallana proved to be the matchwinner, sparking manic celebrations on the touchline”. Amazingly, Liverpool took the lead under fortuitous circumstances as Milner capitalised on a horrific backpass from Martin on 75 minutes to complete an inspired comeback.
Jurgen Klopp was able to laugh off comical defending after breaking his glasses celebrating Liverpool’s astonishing 5-4 win at Norwich. We will look at that over the next day or two.
I think we had a lot of problems in the game.
“Set plays, set plays, set plays, and the game changed, the opponent got a bit more confident”, Klopp said.
“It’s not easy to create chances against us”. Within 90 seconds Henderson had grabbed one back. 3-2. At halftime we came out and we knew we still had to win the game; there was still a long way to go.

“Conceding four goals is in general not good. The start was not good, but then the first half was good after 15 minutes but we didn’t score the second goal”.
