Man goes snowboarding through Times Square during NY blizzard
The people who witnessed Casey Neistat snowboarding across NY seemed to really enjoy it. Good to see that there’s people out there who can take lemons and turn them into lemonade.

Neistat posted the video to YouTube on Sunday and it has gone viral with close to 500,000 views.
The resulting two-and-a-half minute video shows Neistat, pulled by a rope-tow, carving up the snow-covered streets alongside parked cars, plows and police cruisers as if the Big Apple was his own snowboard park – all of it set to Frank Sinatra’s “New York, New York”.
“Someone complained about ya, so we’re just gonna act like we’re talkin’ to ya, alright”, one of the cops says, extending the US’s recent strong run in righteous community policing.
But YouTube user CaseyNeistat uploaded a video Sunday showing him snowboarding during the storm. The video ends with the group being pulled over by the NYPD, who apparently had better things to worry about. The video starts with news footage of New York Mayor Bill de Blasio warning residents against being on the roads during the blizzard.

New York City saw the second highest snowfall since records began in 1869 over the weekend, but the worst has passed – the travel ban was lifted the day after it went into effect, and New Yorkers have now begun the arduous task of clearing the snow that is still blocking the streets. “You guys are awesome”, one of the members of Neistat’s crew can be heard saying in response.
