The ‘Friends’ Cast Reunion Finally Happened
The five Friends (minus Matthew Perry who won’t be able to take part in the special in-person, sigh) reunited Sunday for the taping of NBC’s upcoming special Must See TV: A Tribute to James Burrows.

Posing alongside David Schwimmer, Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox and Lisa Kudrow with her co-stars, Kaley couldn’t contain her excitement at seizing the momentous opportunity.
Kaley captioned the snap: “Ummmm NIGHT MADE. Can’t breath #friends meets #bbt @bigbangtheory_cbs I died and went to heaven (sic)”.
Matthew Perry – who played Chandler Bing in Friends – was notably absent from the reunion.
It’s thought the actor will tape an introduction for the tribute, with his rep adding: “In other words, this is not the reunion people have been hoping for”. The moment was captured by Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco and shared with the world via her Instagram feed.
Speaking to Graham Norton about his absence he said: “It’s not the reunion everyone is hoping for – they are celebrating Jim Burrows who was a director of Friends”. “I think we would be open to doing something, some kind of, maybe, some TV special”.
The reunion for the Will & Grace and Friends casts has happened, but with two major holes from each show.
