Winds will remain rather brisk through the day out of the North 15 to 25 miles per hour as the colder air pushes in.
Lows in around sunrise will be in the 40s east of I-35 and 30s to the west under partly cloudy skies. Clouds will increase Tuesday night and we will see an increasing chance of rain Wednesday as a cold front arrives. “The storms we name are the ones that only impact CT with 6″ of snow or more for most of the state and/or ½” or more of ice. Our skies will be generally cloudy tonight with light rain showers off and on from this evening through the overnight.
This weekend, a few clouds may build back over the region, but temperatures will continue to trend upwards.
SUNSHINE RETURNS AND WARMER TEMPERATURES: Thursday should be a gorgeous day with highs in the upper 40s. This will keep the air chilly with lows in the 20s and 30s.
Temperatures are climbing into the 60s today with a few high clouds showing up ahead of our next rainmaker.
Temperatures Tuesday will be a little cooler under mostly clear skies. The good news for most folks will be the warm-up in the forecast for Thursday through Saturday.
