Jaguar F-Type SVR confirmed for Geneva show debut
The leaked brochure also indicates the SVR will cover the 0-62mph sprint in just 3.7 seconds and the top speed will be set at 197mph for the convertible or 200mph for the coupe.

While we’ll have to wait until February 17 for full details about the F-Type SVR, Jaguar says it will be capable of hitting 320 km/h (200 mph) and as expected, by produced by Jaguar Land Rover’s Special Vehicle Operations department, becoming the first series production auto manufacturer by the exclusive division.
Aerodynamic enhancements include a more prominent rear diffuser, a large front spoiler and a rear wing that is claimed to reduce lift by up to 80%.
As with the F-TYPE R, the two-seat aluminium-bodied F-TYPE SVR Coupe will also be available as a convertible.
That means the 5.0-litre supercharged V8 in Jaguar’s first SVR model will offer 18kW more power and 20Nm more torque than the rear-drive F-TYPE R Coupe, making it 0.4 seconds quicker to 100km/h and 22km/h faster.
Lighter, faster and more powerful, the new F-TYPE SVR takes performance, dynamics and driver involvement to a new level yet retains the comfort and duality of character inherent to all Jaguar cars. The SVR is being kept in check by the high-performance braking system, an electronic rear differential, and the sport tuned suspension with controllable dampers. Fans will also notice a set of20-inch forged aluminum wheels that are shod in Pirelli P Zero tires.
