Petition To Ban Cam Newton From CenturyLink Field Started By Seahawks Fan

Cam Newton is a ton of fun to watch play football, and we’ll get one more look this season during Super Bowl 50.

The Chang.org petition has 269 supporters and its letter to the Seahawks reads: “Ban Cam Newton From Century link field”.

“He’s got a chance and I said this when he first came out, he has the chance to be one of the best to ever play or best that ever played”, Malzahn said. I think it is only fitting that Seattle Seahawks fans are ineligible to enter the CenturyLink field for the 2016-17 season.

“This should teach him to put his arrogance in check”, Tilton wrote. Can this fan really just be mad because of his Seahawks were knocked out by Carolina?

625 people had signed the petition as of Tuesday morning.

“With the free agent pool, I’ve sent texts out before, called guys and said, ‘We’d love for you to be part of the team.’ But Mike was different”, Newton said at a press conference on Wednesday, per ProFootballTalk. None other than Cam Newton.

Cam Newton #1 of the Carolina Panthers takes the field against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Bank of America Stadium on January 3, 2016 in Charlotte, North Carolina. “Whether it was preventing Troy Aikman and Joe Buck from serving as commentators at Seahawks games to the recent abomination of a petition to ban Cam Newton from Seattle for his actions following the divisional playoffs”.

Newton has come a long way since the troublesome young man he was at Auburn in college. Mr. Newton keep doing what you are doing and that’s proving the haters wrong. That was acceptable, but Cam can’t celebrate a touchdown? He’s thrown 24 touchdowns against only two interceptions in the last 10 games and is responsible for all but 13 of the Panthers’ touchdowns this season. In terms of a comp, I think he’ll eventually be more like Ben Roethlisberger as a very big, very strong bomber who uses his toughness to shake off pass rushers.

Manning and Newton are helping make Super Bowl 50 an intriguing matchup.

Fans of the Seattle Seahawks have gained a reputation as not dealing well with losing, which is weird, because they had all of recorded human history up until about 2003 to get good at it. They’ve also gained a reputation as the National Football League fanbase most likely to start a pointless petition when things don’t go their way.
