The store manager flagged down a marked police auto and told them about the robbery.

Stunned witness Paul Lenzio, 67, said the runaway Jeep – which cops say was possibly stolen – crashed into his Cadillac before the shooting. I don’t know where they shot him. No police were injured.

“I was trying to run in the house”. “I saw blood on his legs”. A grey Jeep Cherokee, allegedly used as the getaway vehicle, had smashed into the back of a parked silver Hyundai in the southwest corner of the intersection.

Police say two firearms were recovered at the scene.

When the suspects aimed a weapon at pursuing police officers, cops fired at least one shot – hitting a man in the midsection, officials said.

Four armed men robbed the Verizon store on Kings Highway, Yeshiva World News reported, citing sources. They then stole several cellphones and fled. An officer opened fire, hitting the suspect in the torso, police said. The employee in the vehicle pulled over beside a police auto and alerted the officers that the robbers were driving in the area.
