Sanders arrives at White House for Obama meeting
Bernie Sanders dismissed the notion that President Barack Obama is trying to tip the scales in favor of Hillary Clinton in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination.

But instead, Christie attacked Clinton over the e-mail controversy during her time as secretary of state that’s rocked her campaign.
Sanders’ campaign and the DNC were far more tepid.
Both Clinton and O’Malley said they would attend if all the candidates agreed, despite risking the ire of the Democratic National Committee, which has forbidden candidates from taking part in unsanctioned encounters.
“Her strengths, which are the fact that she’s extraordinarily experienced – and, you know, wicked smart and knows every policy inside and out – sometimes could make her more cautious and her campaign more prose than poetry, but those are also her strengths”, Obama said.
The campaign also stipulated that none be held on a Friday, Saturday or holiday weekend, when the number of potential viewers typically dips. I think he and the vice president have tried to be fair and evenhanded in the process, and I expect they will continue to be.
The New York Times reported Wednesday that the campaign has two ads ready to go – one, a positive spot; the other, an attack on Clinton’s Wall Street ties. “Secretary Clinton has not”, Weaver said in a statement. “I love debates. I think they are a way to inform the American people of our positions and our differences”. Bernie Sanders have debated the issue intensely. “The goal is to make sure that all the Democrats, or folks running in the Democratic primary, are focused on continuing the progress that we have made”, Obama said in an interview with an NBC affiliate in Richmond, Virginia.
Instead, Sanders upped the ante: He offered earlier Thursday to do the New Hampshire debate on the condition that Clinton would agree to three additional debates in March, April and May.
But Sanders campaign manager Jeff Weaver said late Wednesday that Sanders would be willing to participate in New Hampshire if the DNC added three more debates after the ones now scheduled.
He’s anxious about being excluded from future debates if he breaks the DNC’s rules.

“The answer is obvious. Sanders has significant momentum”. The most recent Fox News Poll in Iowa showed Sanders closing the gap, but Clinton still leading by 6 points.
