Even warmer weather on the way

A return to a southerly wind is breezy between 10-15 miles per hour.

Mostly clear skies and cold.

A moisture starved cold front comes through on Sunday bringing afternoon highs back down to the 50’s with partly sunny skies. Tonight will be chilly once again as we drop the lows into the upper 20s and low 30s Saturday morning.

WARMTH CONTINUES AHEAD OF STORM SYSTEM: Our warmth will take us all the way through Wednesday with highs reaching the lower 70s. We will be just as warm Sunday, but we will also have clouds building through the day. The air is really dry, kind of like a desert; that is why we start off cold, but warm up quite a bit by the afternoon.

Tomorrow is picture ideal with partly sunny conditions with warm highs in the low 50s! Morning lows in the mid and upper 40s, highs in the 60s.

The high temperature Wednesday will feel like early April instead of the first week of February, if only for a day. “Where you have a big dip in one place, you end up with another high pressure ridge in another area”.
