Celebrity Big Brother hits new low with ‘vile’ contestant task

The eviction night began when host Emma Willis announced that Tiffany Pollard had been saved and she wouldn’t be leaving.

Of course, on eviction night, the friends and families of those who are up for eviction make their way down to Elstree Studios, wherever possible, but someone was notably absent this evening.

This year’s show has given viewers some classic auto crash TV, including the mix up when Angie Bowie told Tiffany David had died (she’d meant her ex David Bowie and not housemate David Gest, who was unwell), Megan’s meltdown at John Partridge, Winston McKenzie’s outlandish views about gay adoption, the argument over Stephanie’s dirty knickers, the controversial nomination from John to Darren and the love triangle with Stephanie, who has a boyfriend on the outside, and housemate and male model Jeremy.

Emma Willis made a very rude joke about Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell during his eviction chat.

And later on, she spoke to Jeremy – who she is being kept apart from while in detox clinic – and confessed: “I’m going to miss you tonight, obviously Sam’s not right for me and I need to sort it when I get out”.

“[Sam] is not here tonight. I kept going back to her. I kept getting stronger like a snowball effect”. “I don’t feel any dislike towards her; I love her to bits still”. We were there for each other throughout.

After Jeremy calmed her down, the pair threatened to walk out, saying they were fed of the drama.

McConnell told her: “I’d never do anything like that in here”.

In footage screened on the Channel 5 show, the two contestants shared a bed and made so much noise that other housemates were forced to leave the room. I’m gutted, but I’m alright with it, because I know what it’s like to feel under attack and vulnerable so I don’t hate her or anything.

As he left the house, he gave her locket he had worn around his neck – a good luck present from his mother.

Speaking to Big Brother in the diary room, Pollard said: “I can’t take a dump unless I have incense burning”.

Jeremy told Emma he would now like to see Stephanie or his pal Scotty T be crowned victor on Friday night.
